This has to be one of the worst professionally run rehab centers I have ever been involved with. First the food is the worst. My niece and I wound up bringing food to my wife everyday. Ten minutes for a nurse to answer her buzzer. An she wound up coming home with three sores one on her heel, elbow and her backside. This ficifilty should be investigated by the state immediately. I think maybe six people the most was any good I am sorry for this but the senior citizens that are there are not getting good care.

My father was brought in from the hospital at 6:20. It is almost 10:00 and he still has not been assessed. We had a horrible experience with him at their south location after a fall about 3 months ago and hoped this location would be better but it is eerily similar. Hoping to find a better place tomorrow. Better off bringing your loved one home. If they are anything like their south location, they are worse than nothing. Much worse.

My grandmother was discharged from the hospital here for care and physically therapy. Only there for about a week and ended up back in the hospital. For a really bad uti (that we were told she did not have and was not on antibiotics for-it ended up making her completely lethargic to the point of not being able to talk). She also had a pneumonia and blood in her stool. All of which were not detected/missed at the facility. When she was admitted here we mentioned history of utis, questioned if she could be put on a maintenance/precautionary antibiotic because of a procedure she had done days prior. Our request got shoved under the rug. Due to covid family had to do all communication by phone, a lot of the times we got no answer. Or we were told someone would call back and didn’t. The nurses that we did speak too never gave details on what was going on, we had to pry information out of them, they were very short and seemed very unconcerned. Urine samples and blood work did not come back quickly, everything was delayed. The direct of nurses was absolutely terrible when I called to speak with her. She spoke over me, interrupted and semi argued with me as I was trying to tell her the issues we’d had. To top it all off after she was sent back to the er the hospital tried to get her records and was told by the facility that she was not even a patient there, so the er had nothing to go until I called to straighten that out. I would NOT recommend this facility at all.

Refusing to get her dentures tho she has not had any for over a month.We met with administration today and his last day is Friday, but he is saying his employees do not check and put dentures away in a cup at night, admitted it is their fault but wanting us to replace them at our cost.
