The reason for my rating of 2 stars versus 1, is because there are a few good nurses and staff. BUT, some of the nurses and staff are very unprofessional and just don''t seem to care about the resident''s well being. On one of our weekly visits, it was very obvious that something was wrong with my mom, their response was she didn''t sleep well the night before so she was tired. Later, I was told she had Covid. Aside, from the missing clothes, washed cell phone, being give someone else''s hearing aides, there is a lack of communication between departments. After my mom died, I continued to receive their newsletter for about 2 months and even a letter asking if I wanted my mom to get her Covid booster shot!
