My aunt is currently in this facility. We have been trying to contact her for a week. Every time a family member calls, we are told that someone will call us back. Today, I spoke with the charge nurse, Romisia. I attempted to explain the situation, she literally yelled at me and said that too many family members were calling. I said we were calling because none of us had spoken with my aunt and we were concerned. She again yelled at me and then hung up the telephone. I understand staff at these homes are under a lot f stress. However, this behavior was rude and very unprofessional. More importantly, I continue to be concerned about aunt.
