Recently a loved one stayed here and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professional and attention given by all staff. Admissions staff were knowledgable and paperwork was seamless. Dining services provided meals that were equivalent to homestyle cooking. I would like to recognize a few nurses by name. They are Eva, who danced and sang for the patients, Lydia, who answered the call light in seconds, and Kim the D.O.N. whom I sincerely appreciated for her attention to care and the time she spent on educating me about the progression of dementia. I would highly recommend this facility to others looking for a quality care center.

My father has been at Woodmont the last several months in compassionate care , and we are happy with the care he is receiving. The nurses and some of the CNA''s and the aids have all been so nice and are treating my father as if he was their own .and that is what you hope for when you can not be there for your family member . we are pleased with the care he is receiving so far ..my only complaint at this time is leaving several messages with the administrator over the last month And still have not had my call returned ?

I took my family member some clothes, and snacks on Tuesday Oct 20. He received the clothes in a few hours but the snacks were never received by my family member. When he asked about them, he was told they wasn’t there, they couldn’t find them. When I called about him not receiving them all I got from the young lady that answered the phone was I will go look. As of today Oct 25 2020 the snacks still has not been located. I’m not saying it’s not a good place I’m not happy with items getting lost that I bring for my family member and they act like it’s alright. Update as of noon Oct 26 my family member was given his snacks and drinks, they found them. Thank you!
