When my mom needed more care than I would be able to provide, Windsor Place was the first and only choice for her. She has been in the memory care unit on C1 for over 2 1/2 years. Her care has been amazing. The staff goes above and beyond for the residents. She was treated like a family member and not just a resident. Sadly, she has progressed to the point of needing nursing facility 24/7 care. It was the hardest decision for me to move her but it was necessary. I will truly miss each and everyone on C1. You are all the best!! You made my mom’s last few years so enjoyable. Thank you!!!!! I would highly recommend Windsor Place.

I’ve lived at Windsor Place for about six weeks. If I could give this wonderful community eight or ten stars, I would. I’ve received above-and-beyond-the-call-of-duty help and support from folks at the front desk, the maintenance department, nursing, activities, housekeeping and more. When I tell them that, they all respond by saying something like this: “This is why we’re here. Caring is what we do.” The staff and the residents are warm and welcoming. And you know what? The food is very good!

When my friend broke her hip and could not return to living alone in a single-family home, I had to help her find a new place to live. From my very first visit to Windsor Place I was impressed with the welcoming staff; the beautiful lobby with its two fireplaces; and the residents themselves, who seemed comfortable and content. There were many factors in my friend’s situation that made transitioning to assisted living a challenge. But Windsor Place worked with us every step of the way to navigate those challenges and make the transition as smooth as possible. My friend began with a 30-day respite stay, which was a great way to assess whether assisted living was a good fit for her. She has since moved in permanently. All of the staff are caring and responsive—literally, they are there to help her at the push of a button. Because my friend has some cognitive impairment, I appreciate how the care assistants ensure she gets to the dining room for meals, encourage her to participate in the facility’s varied activities, and help with personal care needs. This move has been a big change for my friend, but I believe she is settling in nicely and is in great hands with the wonderful staff at Windsor Place. Thanks to all of you!

My experience with Windsor Place has been exceptional in all areas. All employees in every department are very caring, helpful and professional. Meals, activities, accommodations exceed expectations. I can’t find one complaint. Top notch all around!!
I was extremely fortunate to find Windsor Place to care for my 95 and 97 year old aunts. The daily care and activities they received was a blessing to our family. Their care from admissions through hospice was outstanding. I highly recommend this facility.
