I pushed redail immediately and it rang for another 25 minutes and no one would pick up. This is very common as ANYONE who knows elmhaven would tell you. The other posts about allowing their patients to get deathly ill before they do anything to help them is another common event. The NURSES there are of course the ones who are responsible for wanting to get paid but absolutely not wanting to do their jobs. Even answering the phone is too much for them to do. But then of course the administration and the owners of the nursing home is where the bucks stop. They know this, just look at the posts on here and their ratings. Lying??? The nurses and the front office including Social Services don''t have a problem lying to your face. It''s almost guaranteed. They fully take advantage of not having anyone from the outside being able to come in and see what they are doing due to covid. They have been turned in but then they lie. With Covid they can literally get away with murder. No visitors mean no safety from the nurses abusing the poor patients. Diischarging severly I''ll patients and dumping the severely ill patient who can''t walk or even get off the gurny when they arrive at the patient home isn''t new. That''s when they tell the patient''s family they must pay to get the patient re-admitted. (It''s all about the money). Patients are not safe there. I personally have to give their nursing care and administration care a solid F- grade. If you want your loved one to lay in their soiled urine and diarrhea diapers for 15 hours and then be lied to about it to your face after you have discovered it to be true, then this is your place.
