This is the worst place especially for physical therapy; They did nothing for my mother they left in bed; then released her & she can't walk.

5 stars for Windsor. If I could give more I would. My daughter was a resident there and the staff were very kind to her showing us all that some people really do care for their residents. I want to especially thank a CNA in particular named Angel. Don''t get me wrong there were several who were patient and compassionate but Angel stood out. She was always there for my daughter and was always willing to help me as well, even if all I needed was some conversation. With all the facilities around Windsor outshines them all with the excellent people who work there. Thank you and God Bless each of you.

I have had both my parents at Windsor Calallen. The therapy team is AWESOME. They got them back on their feet quickly. The nurses go above and beyond with care. The med aids answered their questions got them water juice tea coffee, what ever they needed. Dietary had wonderful food mom really enjoyed. The CNA''s worked well together as a team and gave wonderful care. The BOM was very helpful with answering questions about their insurance. Maria the care management was AWESOME also. THANK YOU TEAM CALALLEN FOR THE WONDERFUL CARE YOU GAVE MY PARENTS. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL
