Windermere is a great place to work if you can handle the 12 hours the staff is also amazing always made me feel comfortable Quanie, Melisa,April,Mohammad,Courtney, mr.Jimmy,Brad,Houston,Quez, mr. Henry a few ppl I don’t know there names LISA at the front desk and Tanmeka in the office I know I spelled her name wrong and Anitra I WILL MISS ALL OF YOU AND THSNKS FOR YHE LOVE!!

I don''t know how my grandmother could become unresponsive and die the way she did when the hospital is right across the street, it should''ve never happened. They didn''t have enough nurses to care for anyone and the ones that were there didn''t give a damn about them either. My grandma had her dentures stolen "14ct gold tooth in them", along with her money and plenty of other things! She always wanted me to clean her because they did such a bad job, and she also almost always had a bladder infection which caused her severe pain! After we took her off of life support we had a meeting with a couple of the staff members and the nurse blurted out my grandma''s blood pressure was well over 400 before the head man in charge cut her off from speaking. I wish we could''ve gotten justice for my grandma but since we didn''t i decided to leave a review hoping that no one will ever bring their loved one to this place!!!!!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE AND I PRAY IT GETS SHUT DOWN! RIP R.P.M.

Nightmare of a place. Elders ignored, uncared for. My grandmother was left with vomit, urine and feces on her, her bathroom door was locked from the other side, belongings were stolen and the staff did not care. The doctor never came around. A woman fell in the common room and the nurse just said "oh, she does that all the time." The whole facility stinks. Disgusting and depressing. Please don''t submit anyone that you care about to this place.
Read moreOverall staff is wonderful, like anyother place they do have their few that are either lazy or sluggish. If I had to choose I would place this this nusing home as one of my first choice for my love one.
