My mother was placed in Wilton meadows from a week stay at Danbury Hospital for short term rehab and will be transitioning to long term care as she can no longer care for herself. I have nothing but gratitude and respect for all those who work there. I have been there for each day over the last month and a half, and I feel she is being well cared for and monitored by very capable and caring staff. The physical therapist, Amanda, is an absolute saint, along with all the nurses and aids and PA’s. The facility is clean and well maintained as the cleaning crews are always present.
