Anne is a wonderful leader. She is 100% dedicated to her residents and staff.
My mom admitted to Williwwood and I most say. Other than taking care of my mom myself. My experience with the staff and management at this facility has been great. The nursing team and Administrator is always available whenever they are needed.
My older sister is in this home for 3 years.This is the worst place for her.They let her run of of her meds.She has copd heart failure thyroid issues and other concerns.There is no excuse for this.If you need to contact them it is impossible. If I could give 0 stars I would. This facility is very dirty and has tones of roaches and ants. The D.O.N Zwayla Speed is very rude and unprofessional. She will put the phone down while you are talking and continue a conversation with another person. This facility needs to be closed down. Firstly, none of the workers know what a crash cart is, nor a defibrillator/AED kit. Let’s not mention the fact none of them know how to preform CPR. If you love your family DON’T bring them there. I can’t stress this enough!!! RUN from that place PLEASE!!!! The end of the hall I worked on (A Hall) was flooding with water and no one cared. Where’s an ombudsman when you need them! I thought the purpose of working in “HEALTHCARE” is because you actually “CARE” about people “HEALTH”. Guess not in this facility. It’s more so about a check and cover their butts. I will never work there again..

My mom stayed at this facility only 2 days, and experience was horrible. She was neglected there and end up in a hospital. She pulled catheter and was left without it for hours. I was called early in a morning about an accident and was there within 30 minutes. She was loosing consciousness and it took nurses 15 minutes to call 911. The place has more cockroaches than residents, air conditioner is hardly working, staff is neglectful and rude. Please stay away from this facility if you can

I have a family member staying here right now. Although we were a bit nervous due to the bad reviews, we do know it has been under new ownership/management for over the past year, which obviously you can expect there will be a lot of changes taking place. However, we have been very happy with the care they have received and how communicative the staff has been with our family members who have been checking in. We also appreciate the FaceTime calls in order to check in. Thank you for all of your hard work during this crazy time in our world!
