My dad requested some TAPE for his bandage after having a piece of BONE removed from his foot in along with telling him he has WATER to drink and he''s fine...the place had an oder of perfume some bad you can taste it, then it smells like a funeral home and the place is DIRTY, they put patients on a schedule for showers and it takes DAYS to get one...this place is HORRIBLE!!! If I could give a zero I would!!! I’m actually reporting them for miss care!! If you care about your loved one… please stay far away from here. I put my mom here for the skilled nursing care and OT and PT. Had no problem with OT or PT. Skilled nursing care is non existent. She was not getting her extremely important medication in a timely fashion. No one would answer her call button! She needed to use a commode … would not be emptied for hours and I’m talking maybe 12!! All meals arrived cold!! Horrible place! Pulled mom immediately! She is now in Manchester! A whole new world! I am now getting updates in my chart!! Her call bell is answered in less than 5 minutes. Staff are actually employed by Manchester caring and supportive staff!! unlike Nashua… lots of agency employment with zero empathy! Please do not send your loved in here!

My mom was sent here after having back surgery. With in 3 days of being in the facility she had UTI ( I believe they didn''t change her enough). She was then sent back to the hospital where she ended up with sepsis and spent five days in the ICU then another week in the hospital before being sent back to here to recover and gain her strength back They do have some great nurses and LNA''s. Lisa, Sally, Amy & Raymond were all wonderful and kind to my mom. The trouble is the powers that be don''t actually care about the patients just the bottom line. According to the case manager my mom''s insurance said it was time for her to leave. I questioned this and my mom''s ability to be at home and be mobile on her own. I told her the insurance shouldn''t have a say they are not docters and explained the concerns I had. I was informed I could appeal to the insurance company which I did and won. ( the insurance company told me they didn''t say she had to leave it was the facility that did and my mom still had coverage). After the date they gave my mom to be discharged, while I was appealing they didn''t give my mom any services ( PT/ OT) which she needed to gain her strengh back and still sent her home. She was home for less then a week and she fell and broke her femur. She never should have been sent home!

As a contractor that has worked on The Courville at Nashua - Aynsley property many times over the past 10 years, I''ve always been very impressed by the respect, kindness and care I''ve witnessed all the employees show the tenants. Not only do the caregiver staff do this, but I''ve noticed everyone employed there (office help, cooks, maintenance workers etc), patiently talking to and assisting anyone in need. Credit for this caring environment must be given to their managers. I''ve dealt with a number of them over the years, (all good), but their current General Manager - Corrin Foley - is top notch. Focused on doing her job, she is an excellent communicator while handling challenging situations with professionalism. Courville Nashua will be my 1st choice to care for any of my family that might need it. Sean Johnson Owner GutterWorks llc

Judy has so been so caring, kind and cheerful as she cares for my friend Janet. We really appreciate stable staffing which allows patients and staff to get use to each other. Ben and Oz are also fabulous. My 83 year old friend likes them so much that she tries harder and makes better progress. They are as kind as Judy is! My elderly friend has communication issues and having stable staffing allows them to understand what she’s trying to tell them.
