I would have out no stars but that''s not an options. I understand that they have so many covid-19 outbreaks but it''s ridiculous that people can''t visit who come up to visit from other states. My mother called a few days ago and they said they would get back to her. They never did and I called twice today. First time a nurse said she was transferring me to the administrator but hung up instead. Then I called the Administrator and left a message. People don''t send your elderly loved ones here boycott it so a better place will arise.
