I recently took a tour of The Arbors at Stoughton. I was accompanied by two friends who are helping me find a placement for my husband who suffers from Alzheimers. Patti, who was our tour guide made a difficult task so much easier with the warmth and compassion she extended. We were able to observe patients interacting with staff and a group who were involved in a project. This facility seems to be filled with caring and skilled staff. My friends and I walked out feeling secure in knowing my husband would be well taken care and happy at the Arbors.

They kept them active in the memory care unit with daily activities and socialization. Highly recommend these wonderful people

My mother-in-law has been at The Arbors for 6 months, and she couldn''t be happier. She has the opportunity to be involved in the various wonderful activities designed to keep mind, body and spirit active. There are a great variety of things to do, from daily exercise, art, music, quizzes, specific social interaction with other residents programs, and more. She loves going to the dining room for meals - which are nourishing, tasty and pleasantly presented. Recently there was a small outbreak of the Covid virus. The family was immediately notified of the actions being taken to assist those infected, and those who were not to continue to be protected. It was handled very professionally, and resolved by very caring management and staff, as quickly as possible. Overall this particular Assisted Living has everything to offer her, and at 92 she is so much more engaged than she could ever be living at home.

My sister and her friend came to visit the facility in order to find the right place for her husband with dementia. The first impression was very good, no problem in communicating at all. After some time past the family was finally ready to place the patient in the facility. The family let the facility management know that the patient’s condition has deteriorated since their first visit. Once having been told about changes in the condition of the patient, instead of telling the family that they would not accept him, the facility management stopped responding to the phone calls, email communication was limited, significantly delayed and a lot of questions were unanswered. As a result of that the family lost a lot of time and had to “start from square one” finding another facility.
