I worked here on and off for 5 years and while I know I’m crazy for staying as long as I have, THIS HAD BEEN THE WORSE PLACE IVE EVER WORKED. State is in the building constantly, agency aids is all they have, and management is non-existent. The new administrator just left only after a few months due to the awful staff and conditions. I previously left after almost three years because of not even receiving a check, nor being reimbursed for it. I came back around June of last year and had an agreed pay of 17/hr. Come to find out, for the entire time I had been receiving 14.46 as a rate of pay. They did nothing and still have done nothing. I could go in and in but trust me, this place is absolutely awful in regards of future residents and workers. They should be shut down immediately.

When my mother moved in here two years ago, her care was good and she loved the people taking care of her. Now they have all left and we are dealing with “agency” aides and nurses who don’t know or seem to care. They are just putting their house in. They ignore instructions on the wall regarding her care. Items have gone missing but the facility won’t replace them unless they were specifically described on an inventory sheet (which we have not seen. There are a few wonderful caregivers there but the vast majority are now agency staff who don’t seem to care.
