My Friend of 35 years is a patient their, my partner met her 3 years ago. He asked her if they were treating her good, SHE GAVE A THUMBS UP, & nodded her head yes with the biggest smile. (Severe Stroke) Trust I know her she wouldn''t lie to me everytime we go there the staff is just amazing, great atmosphere, always comes up to visitors to get to know you, make sure not some stranger off the streets. The place is always clean, no orders, nothing is ever out of place. My friends been for approximately 7yrs now. I go 2-3 times a month this place I''d recommend for sure. I was in Medical Transportation few years back I''ve been to some bad places . This place out beats them all. Including foster homes. WELL DONE W. HILLS HEALTH!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO VERY VERY MUCH, for taking GREAT 👍 CARE OF MY -FRIEND-"Ms. Sue". Myself, my partner & Sue are family & the only 3 that have each other.

I was in West Hills Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center from May 8 to May 19. The only negative was the cafeteria, which got some meals wrong (served me a meal other than what I had ordered) or the meals were delivered late. I do know they were short-staffed, and I imagine that contributed to the problem. However, the nurses, aids, and therapists were excellent in that they helped me to feel respected, cared for and loved.

The staff at this facility were great. However their business office is utter garbage. My mom passed away there sadly. Two weeks after I got a call looking for her (?!?!) and a payment of $400. The center still owed me a credit of a few thousand dollars I had prepaid for her room. I continue to get bills addressed to her and have heard nothing of the credit even though I called over a month ago. Go anywhere else if you can.

Ive never worked for a company that has no sympathy for people with kids. I got fired from a on call position. In 20 years a a caregiver I''ve never been fired from a job especially somewhere where their such short staff. Nice to loose a job 2 weeks before x mas with 4 kids and single mom. I have a special needs kid who was having a manic melt down and my respit worker didn''t know how to handle the situation due to her being there with my son. I had to leave work and got in trouble for it. I would not recommend this place for anybody to work.
