My mother was just put in here for a couple of weeks for rehab. She is a stroke victim and is paralyzed on her right side but she just recently broke her hip and she went here for rehab. During this Covid crisis, we were not able to go see her, but they never hesitated to let us call every day and talk to her. The staff all helped her so much to get back up. And might I add, they always kept in contact with me and my father about anything that was going on, and when the doctor''s came to see her. But, they deserve a 5 star rating. Any front line worker during this crisis is an absolute hero.

These people here took great care of my family and mom they offered us food and even brought a little cart in with snacks and drinks the staff always asked if they could help...
My mom went to wellspring for hospice I''m a only child and a mama''s boy there is no where else I would have taken her to. These people here took great care of my family and mom they offered us food and even brought a little cart in with snacks and drinks the staff always asked if they could help us in any way. My family and I took turns with mom 24 hr''s a day when I took a break I would talk to some of the long term residents that loved it there and my guess is they would know more about this place then anyone.
