Who ever made the last statement on this place is very badly mistaken. This place was not kept cleaned seen roach in the restroom of my mom’s room. The only two people who were caring to my mom were Paula the nurse and Roberta. The other nurse on staff was horrible to my mother especially when she will get her anxiety attacks just straight unprofessional and uncaring. My mom refuses to ever go back there. The food was horrible and the place had a horrible smell when you go in and very gloomy and dark no light. I thought we were doing good placing my mom here but it was a bad mistake. She eneded up with Covid also here most recently now in hospital.

Ashlee Harvill The BOM helped me throughout paying for my mother in laws bills for the month and was very helpful and was very professional, the world needs more people like her she was very kind and goes above and beyond her pay grade to help patients and patients families in need even going as far as building relationships with patients and helping them with CNA grade things such as helping some unable to use the restroom on their own, and even helping with the grief of a loved one. She was fabulous.

I would like to give special props to Ashlee Harvill (BOM) For being kind and helpful, she puts up with rude customers and staff and not all are bad but she has done a fantastic job and honestly needs a raise as I saw her doing other staffs jobs for them such as cna jobs with no thanks from them, And the receptionist I spoke to named delta was very rude.She needs to be fired after how she treated me and my family.

My friends dad was there and they had to take him out themselves because the place was dirty, he had been sitting in the same diaper all day, his butt was raw, the pad under him had rings of urine that had dried. They also have CNA''s that are only there one day a week so if you ask them any question about the patient, they will all say "I don''t know. I was not here yesterday". Well what about notes about how he is doing? "There are no notes and I was not here yesterday." Do not let your love one go there.
