Five stars for excellent customer service! I am having to look for a skilled nursing facility for my aging Mother, which is a very stressful journey. In my inquiries to facilities in the area, Waunakee Manor had the most prompt, most informative and most professional response of them all. I received an email within 24 hours of my inquiry which included brochures, a calendar of resident events, room options AND pricing (typically I can''t get pricing information until I physically visit the facility, so this was extra convenient). In addition, the enrollment person was copied, in case I wanted to schedule a facility tour (very efficient and a great "no pressure" method). Thank you Waunakee Manor for your excellent communication! It really makes a big difference in this journey through parent care.
