Right away we could hear see and feel this man's compassionate heart. He cared for his own aging family members and can relate. He personally called to check in with us despite the fact that we needed a facility and not home care. Taking it one step further he went on tours with us and we discussed pros and cons without his bias of one over another. Once our loved one was placed this gentleman continued advising at our initiation of calls. He never failed to call back. Highly recommend this man.

The meals are high quality and tasty. Meals are typically served on china with real flatware, not plastic. The residents have been friendly and have reached-out to Bill to help him feel ‘at home’. For the minor issues, he's not concerned. As for the cost, he is able to afford it. I personally just think they are all over priced, some way more so than others. We would recommend this place. As I stated my loved one, has told us that he is very happy here. He enjoys talking with the other residents. From our visits it is a very well run establishment, clean, and maintained. We have not seen anything that we would complain about up to this point.

For the last 25 years, the majority of my work has been entertaining in facilities like The Lodge here in Wake Forest, and I have worked with hundreds of Activities Directors in that time. With the exception of a few Activities Directors who I had a good relationship with, Morgan at The Lodge is head and shoulders above all the rest. I don''t know a lot about the administration side of things, but if Morgan is any indication, I would highly recommend The Lodge at Wake Forest to anyone.
