I want to give high approval to the new management and care staff. My sister has been at Cortland Northview (formerly Vista Springs) for two years and the new management and care staff have been an enormous improvement to communication, service and care. Thank you all for what you do every day.
The staff are very kind and caring. I like that its a community and my grandma has plenty of Activities to do through out the day.Very nice and clean facility. Spacious rooms.

This is the worst place!! Management doesn''t care about any of the residents, they are the fakest people I''ve ever conversed with. I am sad for everyone who lives in this facility. I would never work for this company! They need ALL new management and all new coordinators!!
