I have my brother at Willow Creek now. It's a brand new facility, and I would recommend it to anybody. Within the three weeks, they have him switched from sleeping all day during the day to the night time. He is participating with the other residents in games and everything, and watching TV. It's night and day. I like everybody. I like everything. I feel so comfortable with him being there. My stress level is down to nothing almost. They're accommodating. I can call and ask him if he needs anything. They make him come out and have meals with the other residents, where he used to eat in his room. I think it's gonna be really good for him. The staff is wonderful. I call and I get updates all the time, and they're not afraid to tell me anything. I've watched them prepare their food on the first day when I brought my brother but that is it, because we're really not allowed to go inside yet because of the Covid. I hear that he's eating very well and eats everything, so I'm not worried about it at all. They need interaction, and they need to learn their skills back, and I think they are wonderful with that.
