My visit to Vista Prado was very good. The facility was clean and it had friendly staff. I liked that the residents were active during the day. They had activities going through the day and they were in a big common area to do those activities. They had wide hallways. The thing that stood out to me was that they try to keep the residents active and not just sitting in their rooms. The rooms were of ample size and very clean. The facility was nice. It had an outdoor area and a deck area, which was very nice. They had physical activities and creative activities. They also had music and arts.

I went to visit Vista Prado. The staff was very nice. It was well cared for and looked maintained, but it was not the level of care I was looking for my mother. It was more advanced than she needed at the time. Everything looked great there. Everything looked very clean and safe. The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. They had live entertainment while I was there. They had some games. They had a garden. The outdoors looked nice, welcoming, and clean.

My dad and I are very thankful for the amazing, caring staff at Vista Prado. Checking my mom into Vista Prado was a very emotional time for us, but the staff were incredibly supportive. More importantly, they take great care of her. In the last six weeks my dad or I have visited almost everyday and have seen (and sometimes participated in) numerous group activities. It is so great seeing my mom participate in them and talk with others. We feel very fortunate to have found Vista Prado.

My mom moved into Vista Prado yesterday. They have tons of help, and I would recommend it to anybody. There is a resident care director, his name is Frederick, and he's extremely knowledgeable on how to care for patients with dementia. He's a very knowledgeable man. I think that Tanya, who is the business end of it, is extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, and will work with the family. Plus, every staff member that I run into, and there's a lot of them, they're very pleasant, and they're very good at redirecting clients. They engage with the residents. They had a great laundry system, it's only eight minutes from my house. They make sure that the residents have plenty of liquid to drink, and that liquids are available to them. I also liked the fact that it's an open area, and everybody is involved, even the front desk. The price was very reasonable compared to other places. They have an onsite chef, I know the kitchen is right there, and they provide snacks 24/7. It's an older place. They have so many activities. One of the other things, when I said the staff keep the people engaged, they keep them engaged with activities so they can redirect them to something.

Vista Prado, A Memory Care Community was like a community center. It was an old building but nice and clean. They have a garden in the front and some people were sitting there. The staff was nice. The room was OK. The place was nice. I liked the outside garden. It's nice and quiet. It's a quiet street. It's close to a hospital but I don't see any stores. I didn't see a salon or anything. The staff showed me one room, and that's it. The security was good.
Read moreThe meals and dining services was very good, and they had a lot of fun when it came to the activities. The rooms were really nice, and we would recommend the Vista Prado community to a family or friend.
