She's a very, very nice lady. I'm very happy with where she's at and I'm hoping that she'll be happy where she's at. She's in a shared room at the moment. It's a very nice room. It's all good. The facility is very appropriate. I like it very much. There's a lot of stuff that she can do there. They even have an ice cream parlor room, which she's gonna love. They have karaoke, exercise, and meals at certain times. It's a beautiful place. I took the tour and I liked what I saw. I believe what they told me is that they're gonna make them exercise, get up and move around, and dance around.

I toured Villa Fontana Retirement and I thought it was a generally nice place. It was close to me, so I found that appealing. The memory care unit seemed to have a lot of people who were in a vegetative state, in wheel chairs. If my loved one were to move in, they would likely require two people per room; and I knew that wouldn't have worked for my mom. They had single rooms, but it didn't look like that'd be available anytime soon.

My mom was at Villa Fontana Retirement Community temporarily. She was there transitioning out of the hospital. She needed 24/7 care while she was recovering. After she recovered, we then relocated her to the other facility. If I had the option to keep her there, I would have kept her there because I think across the board, they were five-star. My only dissatisfaction was the cost, which was almost $8,000 a month. They have friendly staff and lots of activities for the residents and their families. They have ice cream socials, they have bingo, and they recognize the different holidays and celebrate them. I thought they were very engaging and very friendly.
