The staff is always responsive and caring. We know mom is in good hands and we''ve seen a definite improvement in her cognition since she began living here.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PUTTING YOUR LOVE ONES IN THIS PLACE!! The amount of rudeness I received from the RECEPTIONIST is insane. I toured this facility with Michelle which was very nice, professional and thorough providing excellent details regarding facility. I called and asked to speak with Michelle (I believe she is the new director) and instead of being transferred to her I was transferred to a nurse.. I called back and the receptionist yelled at me telling me I have the wrong place and hung up on me. I called repeatedly which she would not answer until I called from a different number. If the receptionist is rude I could only imagine how they treat residents. I wouldn’t dare put my love one here.

My mother is happy at Victory Centre of Bartlett. It's a supportive living community. Initially, she wasn't happy, but I think she just needed a little more time. People assured me it usually takes about three months for the person to settle in, so that's exactly what happened. She's very satisfied with where she is. The people who work there are very caring and attentive to my mother. Everybody knows her by name. Sometimes, I think she could use a little more assistance with her daily living activities. The food is very good. It's very clean. They are very concerned about the spread of germs. Recently, there was a little stomach bug outbreak. They made everybody stay in their room. They brought food to the room. They tried to contain it and they were very successful with their approach. They have games, movies, different crafts that they can do with the people and outings. They have a variety of things to do for the residents.

Do Not work there especially if your agency. You are paid next to nothing, all administrative personnel leaves early. As agency you’re give the most difficult assignment, force to administer medications which you’re not trained to do, the majority of the medication locked boxes dont even work. You’re given an assignment without instructions. As my first time there picking up through the agency i had to deal with combative family members about their love one’s medication and the policy of the facility when i had no idea i was going to have to pass meds. The majority of the units are dirty and reeked of urine. No one can ever be found when you’re in need of help. It was a horrible experience and the facility had the nerve to rate me at 3, when not only did i show up early to the job but i did it to the best of my ability and took very good care of the residents. This place is horrible! Spare yourself and run not walk away from this facility.
