The support my family received when my mother stayed there was excellent.

Place is garbage. No one takes ownership or responsibility. All staff has the attitude that they don’t want to be there. My sister is putting in a complaint with the health department and ombudsman. We’re in the process of taking my mom out of there.
Bad experience! Don''t trust what they tell you. Constant staff changes, terrible communication. Understaffed. They know residents steal but don''t do anything about it.

Now Cant walk, in diapers & oxygen! If I could I would give no stars. It was the worst experience for my mom & us as a family. We are VERY disappointed in this place!! Don’t bring your loved one here for rehabilitation
