VibraLife of El Paso is a small senior living, so it's very nice. They provide pretty much one-on-one service. They only have 16 units, so that's nice. That's what I like about it. It's pretty spacious. They have a good dining area. It's a very nice place. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and very understanding, and she was able to explain everything pretty clearly. The units were more like apartments. It looked more like a hotel. They have bingo. They have so many activities, I don't recall everything single one of them.

I visited VibraLife El Paso 3 days ago. From the moment I opened the door staff was genuinely welcoming. I was looking for information for my fiancé and although he did not go to VibraLife it was their staff that gave me the contact information and obtained the confirmation for another facility. They did not push any facility. The provided information about facilities that his insurance covered. My fiancé is in one of the facilities we chose and is doing well. Heaven forbid he ever needs a SNF again but if he does I will first look to see if he has the right insurance plan where VidaLife in part of the network. Thank you ladies. We brought our father to this facility to receive physical & occupational therapy, but the head therapist was unprofessional & offensive when approaching us family members not to be around during our father''s therapy sessions would be at their best interest. Let me tell you there is NOTHING wrong to be SUPPORTIVE daughters who care enough and only want the best care and support for their father. For this reason we will NOT recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab for their loved one. Big turn off and not a pleasant experience for my father or family. Another thing is the food is of poor quality and our father never ate the food given because was not appealing to him at all. We had to bring our father outside food so that he could eat something without starving. The only good thing we noticed is that his room was always clean they do maintain a clean atmosphere. The two receptionist up front at the entrance were both friendly and greeted every time. Majority of (higher-up) employees we dealt with were not so friendly a bit rude in regards to our concerns. The overall personal care was not a good experience for our father, he was not comfortable at VibraLife. I hope changes get made for future patients...for their sake.

VibraLife of El Paso was a very nice place. I visited and talked to them. I had all their information. I liked that it was newer than the others. I think it's only six years old. It looked very well-kept. At the time I went, they had an outbreak of COVID. Everyone was being tested. You had to be extra careful (which I understand), and I have no problem with. It was very good to know that they were on top of it. Everyone that I talked to seemed to be very present and happy to be there. The workers were nice. It seemed fine. There were a few issues that I noticed, but there were things being repaired at the moment they said. Aside from that, I liked it. I would put my father there, if and when he's ready to go that type of home. It was the assisted living that I visited because my father doesn't need the memory care. He has all his facilities and everything; he just doesn't move around well on his own. It looked nice, clean, and well cared for. It did not smell, which is very important. The person who toured me around was very knowledgeable, very nice, friendly, and cooperative. Anything I asked, she answered. She gave me a nice tour. I got to see the room that was available at the time. She was very easygoing. Everyone seemed to know her, even the clients that were there. They were all friendly. She was very good.
