First thing I noticed when I walked in is 5 worker around the front desk talking about they did last night I walk to my mom room and she is sitting on the chair asleep no one around but the cleaning ladies .there was an old man in bed all alone no one check on him if those employees were not busy talking they could try to keep this old man company..everytime I ask for help no one knows anything my mom has not gotten therapy or ice bag on her knee ..why are thses people getting paid for just to sit around and talk.

I don’t recommend this place. The nurses and staff and social worker were negligent in the care of my uncle. He stopped eating and was very sick they refused to call an ambulance and send him back to the hospital. My uncle is fighting for his life right now and it doesn’t look good at Del Sol. T...

I don’t recommend this place. The nurses and staff and social worker were negligent in the care of my uncle. He stopped eating and was very sick they refused to call an ambulance and send him back to the hospital. My uncle is fighting for his life right now and it doesn’t look good at Del Sol. This company allowed him to not eat and didn’t bother to follow up with family or with physician about his extreme weight loss, wound infection, community aquired pneumonia, consistent and constant diarrhea that was uncontrollable. Negligent, incompetent and uncaring staff.

I’m pretty sure I already have a review on here talking about the horrible care my mother received. This review however is about the billing office. If you have a problem with your bill I wish you the best because Jonathan who runs Regent and the lady under him Nancy both like to tell stories. I would check over your bill, check it twice have a lawyer look at it because I’m sure half of it is fraud.

After my husband fell and fractured his skull we needed a place we could trust. We needed a place that would stand by us through thick and thin. A nursing staff that really cared about patients. Regent Care is that place. They honored my husband who is a veteran. God bless 🙏 ❣️ you Regent Care! The nursing staff is courteous, friendly and honest. The facility is clean and well run. Supervisors are on the floors assisting and overseeing staff.
