I did not like what I saw at Assisted Living and Memory Care - Ultimate Care by God's Servants. The business owner was not there to meet with me. The caretaker at the time walked me through the house while her patients were in chairs and needed assistance, and she told them to stop and wait. I did not think the house was clean. The room that they would put my mother in was small, and the bathroom was shared amongst all the residents, and that just wouldn't work. The patients didn't speak to me, they were just sitting in chairs, covered up with blankets with a sippy cup next to them.

They do not tend to them, when we come and visit we would find out loved one outside all alone in the Texas heat. It was all around very questionable care.

When I had to make that difficult decision for care for my husband, I visited so many assistant living locations. It was all new to me and scary at the same time. I asked a lot of questions and had high expectations. Very happy I found Ultimate Care. The small home made for a more personal experience. The owner and caregiver were very warm and friendly. My family and I were welcome to come by anytime without advance notice. I would highly recommend before you make your final decision, you visit Ultimate Care by God’s Angels to see the difference. Your loved one will be in good hands. You will find the caregiver really cares as well as the owners. Thank you to Ultimate Care and staff for the love and attention you provided.

No stars. She has mice infestation. She didnt properly ensure the fences. She has fire hazards. The lady just bought the places up and took/cheats the people out of their life savings no full maintenance/upkeep of the facilities and the patients with no medical knowledge. The owner even refused to buy a can opener. Owner complains she doesn't have any money yet people are giving her thousands of dollars a month-their lifes savings. She won't provide groceries cleaning supplies toiletries, laundry detergent hand soap or toilet paper, etc. The patients don't get fed or bathed properly. Workers walk out on the job. The lady lies to the state. The lady cheats seniors out of their savings for their life care. The doctor needs to come in and check all clients medicines. You have to have a secure fence around the property an evacuation route a working smoke alarm and the patients medicines checked properly, proper air conditioning and heat and new beds in caregiver rooms. Nurse on the properties refuses to work. Owner has hiring manager cover for her. The State if Texas Health and Human Services needs to investigate. A lot of the other reviews are fake and colleagues and friends of the owner that help her to fill the rooms, its pretty obvious.
