My loved one heard staff talking badly about her referring to her as a profanity that I do not prefer to write in this survey. The activities that are listed on the daily calendar rarely exist. There is very little stimulation during the day for the residents. It’s very disheartening! The floors are always tacky and I rarely see housekeeping. I frequently clean my moms floor in her room when I visit.

I think the dietician should come and spend a couple of days in the Memory Care unit. I realize getting dementia patients to eat is a challenge. Chicken nuggets would be a better option than chicken wings, more green cooked vegetables are needed, tuna fish and crackers would be a better alternative to hot dogs; especially due to the potential for chocking. In all, I do recommend it as a facility, or our mother would not remain there.

It's a nice small community and everyone is really nice and tries to help in any way possible. Activities are usual ones you find in these facilities, like Bingo. I would recommend to other families.

But their pricing was really good, and they were willing to work with us.
