Visited my wife’s aunt and everyone was warm and kind, very professional and everything was decorated very nicely. A very warm and inviting environment with a lot of really wonderful people living and working there.
It was a good experience as always. Kathleen is exceptionally nice at the desk. Always enjoy coming there!!!

Our mother can be tough, and we were aware of that and made concessions. She was in the memory unit. While on Hospice, some of the Brightview Staff was unresponsive to her needs. The Bayada Hospice staff was terrific and caring and made sure she was cared for. When she passed, it was days, and me reaching out to Brightview before I heard from the administrative staff. I was so disappointed in their responsiveness. The leadership was so poor, the front line staff could be so much better if they were organized for the most part, they are there to do a job. It would not take much to communicate with families.
