Put a 1 star only because I can’t put a zero(0). Had a child go in there with possible Mersa and she was told to go home and take a shower. So disgusted with this hospital. Would like to file a complaint but the HR office is only open till 230 Monday through Friday. My daughter was in and out of the hospital ER in 20 minutes. No culture done, no wound care, no bloodwork. How scary is it to go to the hospital now? God help you if you actually need it. Something needs to be done. Sick of the lack of care, compassion, and professionalism needed.

While I am happy with the prompt care I received when I came into the ER with upper abdominal pain (near my belly button) and vomiting blood, I''m not so happy that the doctor didn''t believe me when I said there was NO way I was pregnant. I stated multiple times that I wasn''t pregnant and she nodded as if she believed me. But fast forward a month later when I receive the numerous bills in the mail, one being the bloodwork/labs. They still tested me for pregnancy and then billed me for it. Extremely annoyed at this since this isn''t the first time (at other hospitals) where doctors just assume every young woman with abdominal pain is pregnant. Try to think of other reasons- oh, she vomiting blood, maybe it''s her freaking ulcer!!
