I have never experienced any of this and I am present in the building several times throughout the week visiting my Mom! The owners Kevin, Matt and Administration Shaun are nothing but genuine!!! Whoever is responsible for the previous review should be ashamed of themselves! That kind of behavior only harms those who live there! I never worry about my Moms well being. If I have a concern it is always addressed with compassion. Leslie in Accounting is pretty great too.

The administration are lying, coverups abusive and treat us like dogs they act totally different when visitors are here but after they leave we''re thrown in our rooms and left there they never answer call bell and I''m always left to fend for myself

Assaults and questionable deaths as well as investigations. 4 different administrators since January 2022. They can''t keep employees or staff. They claim to be the only facility that''s covid19 free. That''s because they were not testing properly and falsifying tests. They also claim all residents are vaccinated, ANOTHER LIE!!!

There''s something wrong with the administrator. I believe her name is Shawn. I have witnessed time and time again the way she treats the people living there and and her own staff. I actually witnessed her tell a patient if they go back to the hospital she will not let her return. How can you say that to someone? Who''s going to speak up if they''re not feeling well next time. Also she''s very sneaky and dishonest. My dad and I listened to her lie through her teeth about my grandma who just recently passed away. The staff in the main office and nurses station all have nasty attitudes. the administrator "Shawn" lied to my dads face about a conversation between my grandmother and her prior to her death however my dad was listening via cell phone the whole conversation. When confronted shawn lied and also let my grandma sit in her own urine soaked clothes all evening until the following day she still had the same urine soaked clothes.
