Woodmark at Uptown Memory Care was the perfect place for our 91 year old mother. The caregivers were truly angels here on Earth. They were attentive not only to her but to us, always making sure we had what we needed, especially in her final hours. We cannot thank you all enough. God bless you .
Based on our families experience, we were frustrated that all the required paperwork had to be completed by hand rather than a word doc to edit. Based on our families experience, we were frustrated that all the required paperwork had to be completed by hand rather than a word doc to edit. There were a lot of duplicate questions on many different forms. It was also frustrating that we could not get our loved one moved in on the weekend. We would have loved it if we could have rented the furniture from them or a partner. However, everyone was incredibly friendly, nice and caring. We would highly recommend.
