Ok, so I have been wanting to leave a review for quite some time. My Mom entered in April 2021 When this place used to be called Windcrest on Van Dorn. All I can say people is BEWARE!! Some of the nurse aids are rude and un helpful to the senior residents, instead they will just stand and watch instead of helping a resident, as was the case with my Mom, which nearly caused her to fall. Long story short......Kylee Graham who was Exec Director at the time was most unprofessional in assisting us with some issues that we had........her sidekick Barb was no better. Both of these women were very unprofessional. I dont know if these two individuals are still there since its changed names, but i wouldnt recommend this place to absolutely no one. They also administered a medication she should not have received, that nearly killed my Mom while she was in her dr''s office!!!! Exactly how does that happen?? On purpose, thats how. This place was on the verge of getting sued, not only that....measures were not taken to ensure peoples health........there was an outbreak of Norovirus about a month after my Mom became a resident. Shop around people............stay away from this place by all means!!!!!!!!

We went to Bailey Pointe Assisted Living at Van Dorn. It was very nice, and it did have some outside places, you could go out and be outside. And it was one of the nicest ones that we saw. We didn't see a room though, because it was late and suppertime, and things like that. We talked to some people there, and we did like that. That was at the top of our list. We liked it very much. The staff was nice, talked to us, and gave us information.

Bailey Pointe is an incredible place for anyone thinking of sending their loved ones to reside in an assisted living. The building feels like home.
