I had my mother here from june 2021 to February 2022..it started out pretty good , but a few weeks in the directors started leaving or getting fired , long time nurses began leaving or getting fired ,the cook left , housekeeping left ,the van service was discontinued due to no qualified drivers, the coffee juice bar was removed.. then came the two month lockdown where residents were restricted to rooms and no family was admitted .. at the same time my wife and I were touring other Al s that had never experienced a lockdown .. the rumor was that Gramercy management fabricated the lockdown to keep families out so there could be no scrutiny of the mess being perpetuated by the interim director Keith..needless to say mom has now moved from that carwreck and is delighted to be in her new location

The interim ED is from out of state and isnt there when families, residents or employees need him. They have no nurse on site. Med errors happen...
Do NOT send family members here. They are all about the money and not the Residents or employees. They cut back on alot of stuff that they use to provide. The interim ED is from out of state and isnt there when families, residents or employees need him. They have no nurse on site. Med errors happens daily and when you tell them they hide it and dont report. The Med aides dont pay close attention to the needs of the residents and they neglect them. Please look elsewhere for your family.
Read moreI went here with my mother 2-1/2 years ago. Their staff was great and very friendly, and they gave us a good tour. They had a library, an activity center, and a salon. The room was very spacious, and the closet size was fabulous. The facility had a very nice, neat, and clean appearance.

The providers are all like family and truly CARE about their clients. You can relax knowing that they are in a safe and sound area with every possible precaution in place. It is very important to the well being of our loved ones to be diligent in providing a relaxed yet safe surrounding and Gramercy has accomplished just that with love and perfection!

We went there and we liked it, and there were a lot more people out. I thought it was really good, nice, and the people were friendly. It's interesting the fact that it's assisted living also. If you live as independent you automatically will be able to be in assisted facility if you need it when the time comes, I think the transition is nice, and if you're in medicaid and you do transition, it's fully covered, so I think that's an extra bonus. The staff was pretty receptive.
