We recently had my dad there for rehab I tell u this do not take ur loved ones here this place is horrible! He was there for a week too long the things I’ve seen there an I’ve witnessed is just heartbreaking the nurse don’t take care of my dad myself an my son had to go find someone to help my dad an when they didn’t come we did it ourselves. We walked into my dads room one day around 11:20am an there was urine on the floor since 8am an never mopped up unbelievable an my dad was still in bed nobody helped him to the bathroom we did, an another time my dad had a accident in the bathroom an had diarrhea my son had to go find someone an they all had attitudes with us like we’re in the wrong are u serious they didn’t clean my dad up or the bathroom I did an the nurse said she doesn’t do that the maintenance people do an they come back on Monday this is their job not mine I was so upset about the whole situation I can’t believe how they treat the patients there … An about medications I’ve asked what some of the nurses or aids what medications are they giving my dad an some just looked at me like I had 6 heads They let patients stay in the hallways all day long by themselves very sad …. Who treats people like this, The only thing was good was the physical therapy therapist they were so nice to my dad an the food was horrible we had talked many times about getting him a different food menu an that didn’t work out most of the time I had to go out an get him food …. Please please do some research an Don’t Bring Ur Loved Ones Here!!!! Be Aware

Highly recommend The Villa for subacute therapy. Our family member received the best care and therapy from amazing caring staff. They work so hard for the patients to feel their best. Thank You to everyone at The Villa for caring for my dad.
Rooms incredibly small. Staff is unable to handle patients that require memory care, though they state they are capable.
