Villa at Great Lakes Crossing is a nice and clean facility. It seems like all the residents are treated with care and dignity with friendly staff. I was there with The Caring Hearts Ministry and John and Susan that works in Activities are The Greatest!!!❤️❤️

The villa at Great Lakes Crossing is really nice, but I went in to check on brother day 3/26/24 I didn''t leave until eleven a m and he still have not had a shower yet. I still need the aids on 1 floor to do better.
