My sister loved Holiday Sterling Place. They have live activities there every day, and they also serve food. They have a dining area and a little cafeteria. The staff that we met during the tour was very courteous and kind. The salesperson was very nice and very accommodating.
Around this time last year, Sterling place wasn't the best but it had a manager that cared, interacted with residents and song happy birthday to them in the dining room. Around this time last year, Sterling place wasn't the best but it had a manager that cared, interacted with residents and song happy birthday to them in the dining room. I no longer see him, I'm assuming they ran him away. This place has really went downhill. Many mornings it has been McDonald's for breakfast and they promised an executive chef. The team is so rude.... The leasing agent and a skinny young man that says he the manager....looks too young tho... They seen my mother in the lobby one day and yelled "Have you gotten your eviction letter yet" my mother was so embarrassed, called me crying. I have now gotten her out of there!

The tour I had with Holiday Sterling Place was very nice. The lady told me to take my time and just let her know what I wanted to do. She was very, very friendly. I talked to her for a good half an hour. We talked about some things and she's very friendly and respectful and told me to call. She then showed me a nice-sized one-bedroom. They also had a community room and they were having a gathering for people who wanted to join in. I told the lady I would probably come and she said I could. They had a woman up there singing and people sitting around watching. It was a very friendly and caring place.

Me & my daughter visited February 2023 and to say this place needs major cleaning and upgrades is being kind. The lobby & dining area were drab and uninviting. They took us to see an apartment on the 3rd floor and told us there was a pipe that burst @ several units were damaged. There was an odor in the hallway and the carpet was filthy. The unit was very small and needed major updating. The pictures online are very misleading - it’s best to go see it for yourself!
