She truly loves and supports her residents. The Executive Director,Micheal, is so passionate about his residents and their well-being. They have a monistorty approach. The kindness comes within. And a shout out to Julie too, she showcases the community well. Take a tour see for yourself.

This place is a poor establishment for the people working there and the residents. They are understaffed, management only look out for themselves, and they do not have enough supplies to take care of the residents like gloves, wipes and diapers. In fact they keep that stuffed locked up in the manager''s office, where only the manager and her sister have the keys. They aren''t there everyday, so on the weekends the rest of the staff are out of luck. The residents pay and arm and a leg to stay there, and yet as mentioned before they''re isn''t enough people there to give proper care. Family of the residents have to buy wipes and diapers themselves, while the residents in hospice are the only ones who get to have them. One patient was so neglected they had MAGGOTS in their cancerous wounds! The workers are so overworked and they aren''t paid enough for all the work they do.
Read moreThe Staff is very warm and friendly, the food is good and healthy. The facility is easy to get in and out of, and SPARKs is interesting.
The Preserve is beautiful. The food is excellent (obsessed with the Caesar salad). The staff is made up of so many personable, caring, and loving people that it feels like family.
One of the best hiking trails in this area. Just be careful where you put your feet 🐍🐍🐍
