My mom was a resident at Oaks at Algonquin with her dog Nina. You can’t imagine how beneficial Nina was to the residents there! They all loved her and she provided the much needed therapy for everyone. Unfortunatelly this is no longer possible as she moved because of David William. She has only let Nina off her leash where there was nobody outside. There was never a risk of her approaching anyone and she never caused any trouble. On the contrary, everyone absolutely loved her. Many people there asked my mom why she was moving and the only answer she gave them was: certain people (like David William) made hers and Nina’s lives incredibly difficult. She was even told that Kim, of the the receptionists there, made up a story that “Nina came viciously to her”. This could never ever happened as my mom was with Nina the whole time and she never saw it and also Nina is extremelly friendly and she loves everyone! Finally, it’s a real shame that such a beautiful place with such wonderful people is managed by someone like David William.
