This a terrible facility. Nurses never come when needed, the food is terrible and very tiny portions, meds ALWAYS hours late.
Last time there was a lady who worked there and had a pics up on Facebook of a cross on fire showing that she is raciest and when I asked she said it was for jokes
DO NOT take any one you Love here, it''s a terrible place, not enough staff, not enough Doctors, you are basically left laying there in you''re own waste untill they make time to help you, walk in there, the first thing you smell is human waste, it''s Terrible.
Wonderful place to work! We care very much for our residents, and staff always helps each other. The residents are well cared for. My second family!❤❤❤
Certainly doesn’t match these other reviews. My mother in law sat on a bed pan for over an hour while she attempted to notify the staff and continued to get ignored. Thank god physical therapy came to take her for her therapy and they were able to help her. Too bad you can’t give a negative star...

I’ve witnessed two different staff members complaining about patients in the hall “she’s so annoying ugh.” I’ve seen some encourage or discourage my family member based off whatever will be less work for the staff member. And forget about your loved one having something and it not being lost/destroyed immediately and repeatedly. They’ve managed to wash multiple cell phones. Easy to shrug off and not instruct staff better when they have a blanket “we won’t replace it” policy. Clearly they don’t check clothing. Either they care so little they can’t be bothered to check, or it’s intentional. At this point it almost seems intentional. If the patient needs assistance eating and needs soft foods, good luck, they’ll still serve them buns and not assist the patient cut it up even though they have limited use of arms due to weakness. I think high ratings are from people who have rather independent family members or are from staff themselves. I’ve seen plenty of negligence and lack of caring and it makes you sick. Look out for your family, because they won’t.
