They had nice facilities, like hot tubs and a big workout room. They had a lot to offer, and that's why they were full. I saw the people eating, and the food looked very good. They have a menu they pick from. They have a gym, a salon, and a library. They have all kinds of activities.

Grate place to work, best place to live in the area. They take care of their people; both in respect to the workers in the kitchen, nurse''s, GM, caregivers, and can''t forget the cleaning staff. Everyone at this facility... to use better terms "Everyone at this home." Is amazing 👏. Do consider long-term stay until you want another view outside your window. I live here with due luck and gratefulness of my past experiences, and can not say anything bad. Everyone''s past is not perfect, and neighbors are what keep a community alive. That said, the people that live here have each other''s backs with no doubt.

My boyfriend’s grandfather is there and they haven’t given him his medicine in a month and he is struggling to breathe. They don’t let you know when supplies are out and with how much his family is paying you could hire a live in nurse. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I feel like they are doing the bare minimum with him, o cannot say for anyone else.

We're currently here at The Montecito Santa Fe. It is a very fine place. I would say it is one of the best in the city. We get good care, and we have nice and comfortable surroundings. We have a nice apartment separate from the facility with 2 bedrooms and a den, and it's comfortable. Food is good. We have several activities. We have a really beautiful gym because it was built by a tennis player. We have a very nice restaurant area, lounge area, and rooms for games, talks, and discussions. If I do have complaints, I talk to the director and he's very, very helpful and gets things fixed. The other thing I like about him is, because they are short on staff, I see him working the tables. The staff is very nice, and caring, and they communicate with you, say hello to you, and smile. I don't think we've run into a bad person yet.

We very, very much enjoyed our visit at the Montecito Santa Fe. It was thorough. The place was very clean, friendly, and encouraging for a satisfactory lifestyle. The person that gave us the tour was incredibly a great ambassador for the Montecito Santa Fe. Her name was Rachel and she went above and beyond. The apartments were large enough. They were clean and well designed. They're just great. We were very pleased with each of the dining areas, too. They have excellent maintenance. There's constant upkeep and they include the desires of the community in all their maintenance.

I have visited The Montecito Santa Fe and I fell in love with it. It has many advantages. I toured the independent side, but I will move into a place that will allow me to stay if I can no longer be independent. What's best is that there are several buildings. There are grounds to walk around on. You go out of your housing building and then walk a few blocks to get anywhere else. It's a neighborhood. It doesn't look like a hotel. There is a place to be outdoors. We were able to get into a couple of the buildings that were not occupied at the time, and I was very impressed. It seemed a completely livable place. I've seen others that are similar where you walk into the kitchen and then in front of the kitchen is the large room that will serve as the living room and dining room, and then off to the side is a bedroom and bath. They were about a thousand square feet. They were clean, neat looking, and nice. I feel completely comfortable living in a place like that. There were places to exercise. The staff during the tour was very nice, very friendly, and very impressive. I certainly have no objection to anything I saw.
