THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN for it is THE LAST RESORT and definitely NOT a Medical Resort (but a beautiful facility). My family and I met with the Director of Nursing (DON) prior to our mother''s admission. We were lied to and nothing was as advertised or stated during our visit. During her short 24-hour stay the following occurred: her medication was cancelled without our knowledge, we had to wait more than 30 minutes for a nurse when our mother needed assistance (Only 5 patients in the 90-Bed Facility), they had no covering pads for the linen, no bedpans, the food was HORRIBLE, and the hospital beds sounded like a freight train when you pushed the button to change positions to make our mother comfortable. Also, another patient was allowed to play her LOUD music nonstop. When we addressed it with the DON, she asked if we wanted to move our mother on the other side of the hallway as this patient was definitely not going to be moved. WHAT!!! Every time we asked a question about anything NOBODY had an answer and the administration did not know the schedule for the "Rehab Team" and said, "I told yall they come whenever they wanna come." The staff (Top to Bottom) with the exception of one nursing assistant was very unprofessional in both service and communication. The staff/administration was very irritated that we addressed concerns immediately and they were exposed. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE IS STILL ALLOWED TO OPERATE. I thank God that we had a Family Member there 24/7 for the short-time our mother was there. If not, things could have gone a totally different way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I didn’t even want to give one star! No communication! They said she has zero emergency contacts yet they called me to get insurance info after Conroe Hospital released her to them (the only place that took Covid patients) but we never heard anything afterward. We kept calling and noone knew that the other foot was doing. The hospital said it was a rehab facility. It was not. They sat her up twice in two weeks. She was not given her meds that I brought per their direction. Her insulin was ruined that I brought up there as they did not refrigerate it. They even tried to double up their insulin! I believe they drugged her and wanted her to die to get the Covid money from the government. It took a week for me to get her transferred to a real rehab facility! Don’t reward hospitals for death-reward for recovery!. Stop the madness

My father was there last month, at first everything was going good but after 2 weeks the nurse would never answer to give me updates, my dad would complain to us that it smelled and they would scream at him when he had to be changed, they would not change him on time and he would ring a bell and they would not come to his room, they would not help him eat and just left food by door which he could not reach, thank God my father is at a good place now and we are able to visit him daily and his wound is being treated properly. I expected more from the “resort”
