They are not taking care of patients, they don’t change their clothes, they STEAL items from them and then lie to your face about it. They took forever to change my grandmother and then left the dirty sheets laying in a corner. When it was brought to their attention lady acted sympathetic about it...
They are not taking care of patients, they don’t change their clothes, they STEAL items from them and then lie to your face about it. They took forever to change my grandmother and then left the dirty sheets laying in a corner. When it was brought to their attention lady acted sympathetic about it and then over heard them in the hallway call me a lie. At first they weren’t giving her insulin. I was told on a Friday she was being discharged on a Monday. And they sent her home with none of her medications. NO ONE IN THIS BUILDING DESERVES A JOB!!!!!!!!! They need to start over and pay close attention to the new hires because this is unacceptable and a little nerve racking for people who have to leave their love ones their for care. I don’t care how many reports I have to file but something will be done and that’s a promise!

Excellent nursing home. Professional and courteous staff who go out of their way to help the residents. This place is clean, and bright. The staff is respectful and responsive. Best part is that the upper level administration is easily accessible and helpful. This is the 4th facility in four years for mom. The rest were from bad to horrific but so far this one is great. I wish we had come here earlier. I know the reviews here are not that good but please keep in mind that most of them are from 2 to 3 years ago. Do give this place a chance to show you how nursings can actually be compassionate, loving and caring places.
