I toured this facility on a Saturday without a scheduled appointment & they were kind enough to allow me to eat an entire tray of lunch so I could sample the food! I wanted a safe, clean place for my mother to receive hospice services when she only had days left to live. The food was tasty & smart portion sizes. I felt like my mom was treated like a Queen during her stay. I am confused by all the negative comments, but can only ask you to PLEASE NOTE the date on these negative comments. It seems that this property had some bad apples a while back. I will say from my RECENT experience in May 2022 that I recommend this facility & I am glad that I selected this property for my mother''s short stay. The employees were understanding & kind & I even noticed that they were polite & professional to each other, which says a lot!! Emily is the Business Development Director & she was responsive, responsible & attentive to my needs & my questions. Marika (days), Mitch (evenings) & Johnisha (weekends) at the Front Desk were all professional, friendly, patient & so helpful in many ways! All 3 individuals were such a perfect fit for these duties. Nurses Adam, Taylor & Crystal were all so caring, knowledgeable & all such great listeners, very easy to talk to & were 3 smiling faces that I enjoyed seeing during each of my visits. I was unable to gather all the names of the kitchen staff, but these folks always answered that kitchen door with a BIG smile. They provided fresh coffee/tea, pitchers of ice water, cups, plates/silverware/napkins to all of my mom''s visitors! How sweet of a gesture!! This made her guests feel welcome & for that, I am so grateful! Across the entire facility, I would like to extend a HUGE Thank You for your level of care & concern & professionalism!!!

Great Facility with really kind nurses. My Grandpa has been here for three weeks and he is doing so much better.
Wonderful! recently mom has had surgery and needed somewhere to go for several weeks for therepy. The therapy staff at the med resort are top notch. Anuone looking for rehab should absolutely consider this location!
My Mom Is currently at this stupid place with a very unprofessional staff and they dont take care of my mom the way they should they dont gave my mom baths or take her to the bathroom when needed also the staff is rude and very disrespectful .. they really dont care at all its really sad .
