I was there to visit a friend, Mrs. Gwendolyn Taylor and was pleased to see that she is being treated well. I was especially pleased with nurse Kimberly (and I hate that I don''t know her last name), for she has personally taken such good care of Mrs. Taylor and has kept us informed of her needs. The facility itself is just old and outdated and could use some TLC.

Horrible facility. I don’t understand how this place is still open. My mother in law was placed here 7 weeks ago and they are consistently leaving her without care or ignoring her cries for help. My mother in law had to go to the hospital and they are denying her to return because we filed concerns about the way she was treated. Horrible, don’t go here.

I believe we are on our 6th or 7th administrator now and the care on unit 2 is very good. The food... Well I hate to say but I don''t think it can get any worse. It''s not the staff... They know how to cook. It''s the quality of the food.. most of which I understand comes in already prepared. Now as for housekeeping... I think it''s the best there could be. Carol Montero knows her stuff. She goes above and beyond for the residents there. She takes time to talk to them and to the families. Without her I for one would have gone crazy over the pandemic. So Carol, I for one will miss you terribly. You''re like family. Keep doing what you are doing. We love you.

My sister was admitted there late afternoon on a Friday and spent the next 2 days without a T.V. in her room . When I visited on Monday still no T.V. When the Admissions Director Deb Catalano entered the room to visit my sister. I asked her where’s the T.V. was and she was eager and quick to go and find one . In less than 10 minutes there was a working TV in the room . I commend Deb for her quick response on getting a T.V. . She made us feel important to her . Also , the Speech Therapist Brenda was very nice and patient dealing with my sister’s needs . I commend her as well . Thanks for helping my sister with her rehabilitation.
