First week and they say they can't take patients to and from their appointments so they say we have to hire an outside source paying $100 each way. Mom has 3 appointments this week. That would add up to $600 for one week on top of the nearly $5000 a month. They use temporary agency for their nursing aides. One RN for the whole (2 facilities) place. Mom has missed receiving her meds, noone passes information to incoming shifts, etc. The part about having a professional chef on hand is Bullshit. The food is prepared by whoever gets stuck doing it and you DO NOT get to pick whatever you want whenever you want. Except for dietary needs, everyone eats the same thing at the same time. We will be moving my family member to another assisted living facility where they actually answer call lights, aren't rude to patients and guests and isn't totally ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. If you love the family member who you're looking for a place to feel safe, secure, well taken care of DO NOT GO TO NORTERRE. It's all about the money. The whole place looks very nice but pull back the curtains. It's a shit show.

We have been very happy with this community, the willingness and awareness of the staff to go that extra mile is amazing and is to be commended. We love the activities director, she is absolutely the best. She is very good at what she does and is very patient. Our loved one never painted and now she loves to paint. They do not have gourmet cooks, but the cooks they have are very good. They are very responsive to dietary restrictions and needs. It looks like a home kitchen with a professional back end. The staff has been very good teaching the chefs about different ethnic foods to make which is awesome.

This community was very clean, the only thing is it was on the second floor and there was no outdoor from the room. This community was very nice and the food was tremendous.
