My oldest and dearest friend was a resident at The Landmark for about a year. The setting is lovely, and the building is airy, clean, spacious and bright. All the staff have been kind, caring, and compassionate . In her final days they took such incredible care of her and made her feel loved. Then after she passed away, the executive director gave us every accommodation to find a new home for her pets and to get her apartment organized and cleaned out. I just cannot speak highly enough of The Landmark and their incredible staff. They made a difficult and sad situation bearable and made every provision for my friend''s comfort..

My mom will be moving into The Landmark. The place was very clean, and the residents looked happy. Elizabeth was the one who assisted us, and she was very nice and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and the perfect size. The amenities were very nice. There was a big garden in the back with walkways, and it was very pretty. They had a library, a little exercise room, seating areas with a fireplace, activity rooms, and private dining rooms.

I toured The Landmark yesterday. I wasn't really impressed with the facility's cleanliness. I was a little bit shocked when I went in there. It was not clean at all. The sales director wasn't there at all. So, someone else who has nothing to do with sales tried to give me a tour and she did to the best of her ability. I think that they should have done better as far as ensuring (because the tour was confirmed) that the person who was supposed to be there was actually there. I just didn't feel like it was handled very professionally. However, the staff was eager to answer questions.

The Landmark was very nice. I liked it because it was small and very quaint looking, like a cottage type compared to the other ones, which looked more like big hotels. The lawns were very manicured. Everything was pretty. They had trails to walk around. They have the gym, the salon, and they have a little store. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. All these facilities do the same thing as far as taking care of their people and taking them out to dinners or lunches. As far as inside, they have the theater rooms and the library.

I've visited The Landmark. I feel like the people that were there were patient toward the people living in the facility. The room looks nice, and you bring your own furniture. The overall tour experience was fine. The person who took me around was a very nice young man, he was very polite and very cordial. They have three meals a day that's included. I haven't tried the food, they don't even let you go into the dining room and eat with the residents, and you can't buy lunch there. Their dining room was more restaurant style with individual tables. You can bring food in and go sit outside with your loved one and visit with them.
