DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE AND DO NOT WORK HERE!! I have worked here and can tell you this is one of the worst places to work, and I’ve seen the care, or lack thereof, for the patients. I cannot say anything specific due to Hippa, but I can assure you this place is atrocious. What they ask of their staff is impossible. Then when you can’t make the impossible happen it’s your fault. I actually cared about my patients and their well being. I was told by multiple other employees that I had to ignore the patients or they would have be running around everywhere and I’d never get my work done. It’s hard when you care and want to give good care to your patients and then the facility puts so much on everyone that employees have to develop that attitude otherwise they won’t be able to get the amount of work done that they’re making you do. I hate not being able to give the care and attention that each patient deserves. For those that are looking to work here I would run away as fast as your feet can carry you. They do not set you up for success in anyway shape or form, and when something happens they blame you. Even though they’re the ones that caused the issues in the first place. Theres a reason there are so many agency nurses. It’s because it’s an awful place to work. No support, and they blame you for the issues they caused. Also, when you have that many agency nurses there will never be any continuity in care, and there will always be issues because of it.

The center is well-maintained and provides a warm, comfortable environment for the residents. From cozy common areas to spacious and clean rooms, the living spaces are very nice. Palm Garden also offers a variety of activities and programs that engage and entertain the residents, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation. In terms of communication, the staff is always prompt and thorough when addressing any concerns or questions. This place has been such a disappointment and has taken all of my mom''s dignity away from her. If you ask for water and express you feel dehydrated, you will be told to wait to ask someone else and that you are not dehydrated, only to end up in the hospital for sever dehydration. If you press the nurse button because you need help to use the restroom, no one will come check on you for over an hour. Then, if you need help with your new ostomy bag, they will tell you it must be your fault and then let you know if it happens again, they won''t be helping you. Do not send your family member here if they actually need help with anything.
