Extremely friendly staff. Walked into the facility to see so many residents enjoying wonderful music and having a great experience. Thank you all for making such great memories
They do not communicate and put patients in harms way
My dad and aunt are both there now and the staff are wonderful to them. They are very well taken care of. Highly recommend
I can''t speak to the facility as a whole, but the staff at the reception desk/area were always pleasant. & I would give more than 5 stars to the staff on the neuro-behavioral (E) unit. Truly remarkable people cared for my Aunt. I am so grateful. Thank you.

My grandmother was in the behavioral unit with Alzheimer''s for a few months before passing away. When I came to visit her in her last days, the staff was amazing, caring, compassionate and treated my grandmother with dignity until her last moments and after. Everyone was helpful, answered so many questions and concerns, and made sure we were eating and drinking. I would put 100 stars for the staff if I could. I''m putting 4 stars instead of 5, because the rooms were not very warm and were drab. I wish they were a little nicer and more homey for the insane pricing of the facility.
